Due to continued growth, we are looking for a highly organised and proactive Scheduling Coordinator to join our Security Officers & Patrols team based at our Torrensville Head Office.

This is a fast-paced role where no two days are the same. You'll play a vital part in ensuring our security officers are scheduled effectively, client requirements are met, and our operations continue to run smoothly.
 

About the Role
As Scheduling Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating staff rosters, responding to daily operational changes, supporting our Security Officers and Patrols team, and providing high-quality administrative support.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating and maintaining security officer rosters
• Managing last-minute roster changes due to leave, illness or client requests
• Communicating roster updates with field staff
• Processing timesheets
• Maintaining databases and operational records
• Preparing client reports and operational documentation
• Assisting with internal communications and administration
• Supporting recruitment, onboarding and general HR administration when required
• Providing exceptional customer service to clients and team members
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the department
• Approval of Sub-Contractor invoices

About You
You are someone who enjoys solving problems, thrives in a busy environment and loves being organised.

You'll ideally have:

• Previous experience in scheduling, rostering or workforce coordination
• Strong administration experience
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• High attention to detail
• The ability to prioritise competing deadlines
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel and Word skills
• Experience using rostering or workforce management systems (Deputy experience highly regarded)
• Experience in the security, trades, construction or service industries will be viewed favourably
