Are you an experienced early childhood leader ready for your next opportunity? Journey Early Learning is seeking a passionate and motivated Centre Manager to join one of our established centres in Brisbane’s Inner North.

As Centre Manager, you'll provide both operational and pedagogical leadership, inspiring your team to deliver high-quality education and care while ensuring the centre continues to meet the requirements of the National Quality Framework.

Working closely with your Centre Quality Manager and specialist support teams, you'll lead centre performance, mentor and develop educators, build strong relationships with families and the local community, and support a culture of continuous improvement.

You'll have the autonomy and support to lead with confidence, develop your team and make a genuine difference to the day-to-day experience of children, families and educators.

Our established centre in Brisbane’s Inner North is supported by a passionate team of educators who are committed to creating engaging learning environments where children feel safe, supported and inspired to learn.

With an experienced team, strong operational support and dedicated guidance from your Centre Quality Manager, you'll have the opportunity to build on the centre's strengths while continuing to develop a positive and connected team culture.

You'll also be supported by specialist teams across Operations, People & Culture and Pedagogy, giving you the tools and support you need to focus on what you do best — leading your people and creating an exceptional experience for children and families.

✔ Hold a Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
✔ Previous Centre Manager experience, or strong Assistant Centre Manager leadership experience
✔ Strong understanding of the National Quality Framework, EYLF and Child Safe Standards
✔ Proven ability to lead, inspire and develop high-performing teams
✔ Experience managing centre operations, compliance and team performance
✔ Strong communication and relationship-building skills
✔ Hold (or be willing to obtain) a valid Working with Children Check and relevant first aid qualifications
