Online Dispatch Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Online Dispatch Coordinator to join our operations team and support the day-to-day fulfilment of online orders. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who understands ecommerce dispatch, enjoys working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, and takes pride in getting orders out accurately and on time. You will work across online order processing, pick and pack, dispatch, stock availability, subscriptions, returns and general ecommerce operations, while working closely with the wider Operations, Ecommerce, Customer Service and Supply Chain teams.

Key responsibilities

• Process, pick, pack and dispatch online orders accurately and efficiently

• Print, review and organise online orders for daily dispatch

• Monitor orders through the fulfilment process and resolve basic order issues

• Support high-volume sales periods, promotions and product launches

• Assist with subscription order fulfilment

• Process returns and identify stock or fulfilment issues

• Maintain accurate stock information across online fulfilment activities

• Coordinate with Customer Service regarding order status, dispatch issues and stock availability

• Assist with wholesale and account-specific orders when required

• Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment

About you

• Previous experience in ecommerce or online order fulfilment

• Strong understanding of pick, pack and dispatch workflows

• Experience working with high volumes of online orders

• Strong attention to detail and order accuracy

• Experience handling returns and fulfilment exceptions

• Confidence working with inventory and order management systems

• Good communication and practical problem-solving skills

• Ability to prioritise work during busy periods

• A proactive approach and willingness to identify what needs to be done

• Ability to work independently while supporting the wider team
