Pre-Deliver Manager

About the role

As a Pre-Delivery Manager, you will oversee the final preparation and quality control of vehicles before they are delivered to customers or the dealership lot. This includes managing the pre-delivery inspection (PDI) process, ensuring vehicles meet brand standards, coordinating accessory installations, and supervising the pre-delivery team to maintain efficiency and quality.

Key responsibilities

• Managing the end-to-end vehicle pre-delivery process

• Leading and supporting a team of technicians and detailers

• Ensuring all vehicles meet quality, safety, and presentation standards

• Coordinating workflow to meet delivery deadlines

• Maintaining efficiency across the workshop and pre-delivery operations

• Liaising with internal departments to ensure smooth handovers

About you

• Proven experience in a similar position, ideally within a busy dealership environment

• Trade qualifications (highly regarded)

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• A reliable, hands-on work ethic

• The ability to multitask and stay organised in a busy environment

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• A positive and professional attitude

• Current and valid driver's licence
