Hire Controller

This is a hands-on position, customer service focussed role designed to work with our team. You will be based at Narangba yard.

The role is responsible for creating hire agreements, invoicing, arranging delivery and collection of equipment, telephone sales, and serving customers at the branch.

Specific tasks include:

• Entering hire agreements and customer details into the system

• Customer service – face to face - Telephone – online orders

• Coordinate and monitor incoming and outgoing equipment to ensure our high standards of service and that customer requirements are exceeded

• Scheduling Deliveries & Pickups

• Provide excellent customer service

• Closing out hire contracts on return of equipment and invoicing customers

• Managing point-of-sale payments and entering hire control software

• Build trust and strong relationships with customers through friendly communication, advice and exceptional service

• Providing a Duty of Care to the Workplace Health & Safety to yourself, your co-workers and visitors coming onto the premises

To be successful in this role, you will be a team player, competent using a computer and mobile devices, passionate about customer service, sales, and providing solutions to our customers.

Previous experience in equipment hire and/or construction industry is a must.
