About the role
The ICT Operations Specialist provides day-to-day ICT support across Uplyft’s multi-site environment and is the primary point of contact for staff ICT support. The role provides first and second line support, taking ownership of incidents and service requests through to resolution while ensuring technology is reliable, secure and fit for purpose.
Reporting to the Manager ICT, the role works closely with the Systems Administrator, Managed Service Provider (MSP) and ICT vendors to support users, systems and ICT projects. Responsibilities include end-user device provisioning and support, joiner/mover/leaver administration, business applications, telephony, mobile devices, printers, meeting-room technology, connectivity troubleshooting and ICT asset management.
The role provides on-site support across Uplyft’s metropolitan and regional locations, manages assigned work through the ITSM platform and maintains accurate records and documentation.
The position requires strong organisation, customer service and problem-solving skills, with the flexibility to travel and undertake occasional approved after-hours or weekend work when operationally required.
