As a Service Advisor, you will be the key link between our customers and service team, ensuring every customer receives an exceptional ownership experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming customers and managing service bookings

• Understanding customer needs and accurately documenting repair orders

• Providing service recommendations and upselling additional maintenance where appropriate

• Keeping customers informed throughout the repair process

• Liaising with technicians and workshop controllers

• Preparing invoices and processing vehicle handovers

• Delivering a premium customer experience at every touchpoint

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer-facing automotive role

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Exceptional organisational and time management abilities

• Professional presentation and a customer-first mindset

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

• Current driver's licence
