About the Role

As a Project Supervisor, you’ll:

• Oversee the delivery of trade projects, mainly bathroom and non structural renovation, ensuring they’re on time and on budget
• Lead, coach, and mentor a multi-trade team to achieve 5-star standards
• Maintain first-time-right quality to reduce call backs and drive performance
• Build strong customer relationships and deliver service excellence
• Take ownership of budgets, compliance, and site supervision
• Represent Ken Hall as the on-site leader across a wide variety of works

About You

You’re a licensed builder or supervisor, or a senior tradie (ideally with a carpentry background) ready to step up into supervision.

You bring:

• Experience in residential maintenance, renovations, or home improvements
• Strong understanding of building codes and standards
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills
• A passion for quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
• Drive to grow your career with a leading home services company
• Current Driver’s License
• Building or Supervisor License (preferred)
• Police Clearance
