We have our own formulation plant and a network of 17 stores across Victoria, South Australia and New South Wales.  We stock a wide range of high-quality farm-related products, including crop protection, fertiliser and seed. Due to internal growth, an exciting opportunity exists for a highly motivated Procurement Manager – AgChem & Seeds to join our Supply Chain team, reporting to the GM - Supply Chain. This full-time, permanent role focuses on partnering with our suppliers and internal stakeholders to maximise procurement spend, aligned with our strategic goals.

Location - Gillman SA (preferred) or Warriewood NSW

Immediate start available

Salary - Negotiable based on prior experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Sourcing and selecting suppliers to secure the best pricing and terms
• Building strong relationships internally and externally to drive business growth
• Managing supplier panels, contract negotiations, and optimising commercial terms
• Supporting the Retail team with market data and opportunities
• Ensuring supplier gross margins and security of supply meet company objectives
• Travel to store & supplier locations, as required

About you:

• Proven experience within the Agricultural Chemical Market
• Strong relationships with Agricultural industry suppliers
• Demonstrated negotiation skills and commercial acumen
• Proactive approach with the ability to identify and implement improvements
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and a commitment to safety

This role is initially office-based to support onboarding, training, and integration with the team. Hybrid working arrangements may be considered after the probation period, subject to role and responsibility requirements.
