What does the job look like?

Linfox Intermodal is looking for a Branch Manager Central West based in Blayney NSW. This person will be responsible for leading branch operations, driving commercial performance, maintaining strong customer relationships and developing a high-performing team. You will ensure safe, efficient and compliant operations while delivering outstanding service and financial outcomes. Key Areas:

Lead safety, compliance and operational performance across the branchManage branch profitability, budgets and weekly P&L outcomesStrengthen existing customer relationships and identify growth opportunitiesDrive continuous improvement initiatives across the operationLead, coach and develop operational teams to achieve business objectives

Are you the one?

Leadership experience within transport, logistics or supply chain operationsStrong commercial and financial acumen, including budget and P&L managementProven ability to build customer relationships and influence stakeholdersStrong safety, compliance and people leadership capabilityExperience managing performance, developing teams and dealing with industrial relations mattersExcellent communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint
