We are currently seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead our Service Department and help elevate the customer experience as we continue our exciting growth journey.

About the Role
 
Reporting to the Dealer Principal, you will be responsible for leading and developing the Service Department while ensuring exceptional customer outcomes and strong business performance.
 
Key responsibilities include:

• Managing the day-to-day operations of a busy workshop.
• Driving workshop productivity, efficiency and profitability.
• Leading, coaching and supporting a team of technicians.
• Delivering an outstanding customer experience from booking through to vehicle handover.
• Working closely with the Parts Department to ensure efficient workflow and turnaround times.
• Monitoring workshop KPIs and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
• Building long-term relationships with customers and the Harley-Davidson community.

About You
 
You are an experienced leader who understands that a great service department is built on customer relationships, team culture and operational excellence.
 
You will ideally have:

• Previous experience as a Service Manager, Workshop Controller or Senior Service Advisor.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• A customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Strong technical understanding of automotive or motorcycle service operations.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
• A genuine passion for motorcycles and the Harley-Davidson lifestyle.
