About you

You have exceptional customer service skills including great face to face, phone, and email manner. You are a hard worker and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. You are detail orientated and work well with timeframes and deadlines. You understand manifesting functions and are ready to jump in a help where needed. You are physically fit and enjoying working outside.

About the role

We’re looking for multiple Ground Crew team members to join our Skydive Australia team in beautiful Byron Bay!
We are offering you the opportunity to be a part of a leading company in tourism where having fun and building relationships is an important part of the role! You are flexible with your availability and can work weekends and public holidays when required.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Manage core manifest duties, including customer check-in, daily bookings, company systems and operational administration.

• Deliver exceptional customer service across walk-ins, phone enquiries and throughout the skydive experience.

• Support customers and instructors with pre-skydive preparation, safety briefings and gearing up.

• Assist with the safe and efficient day-to-day operation of the Drop Zone, including landing area coordination.

• Promote and sell skydive media and merchandise to support local sales targets.

• Help maintain a professional, welcoming Drop Zone and support opening, closing and general administration.

• Work closely with the team to uphold a positive culture, strong safety standards and smooth daily operations.
