About you

• Butchery trade qualification

• 2+ years of butchery experience (retail preferred)

• Solid knife skills and cutting technique

• Strong knowledge of meat cuts

• Food safety knowledge

• Excellent reliability

• Team player attitude

• Genuine love and care for customer service and relationships

• 1 weekend day availability
