L&D Consultant - AMS

• Shape the learning strategy, then personally design, facilitate and deliver the programs - without being limited to one part of the L&D lifecycle.
  
• Build a new learning capability for AMS from the ground up, working directly with leaders and subject matter experts to solve real business needs.
  
• Open to candidates based along the East Coast, offering hybrid work from home flexibility along with regular site visits to engage stakeholders and deliver face-to-face learning.
  

Who we’re looking for?

• Significant experience in learning and development, ideally gained in a senior consulting or similarly hands-on role.
  
• Experience in asset management - particularly within the property sector - and/or a property-related qualification would be highly advantageous but is not essential.
  
• Strong instructional design capability and the ability to turn subject matter expertise into practical learning content.
  
• Demonstrated experience designing and delivering face-to-face, virtual, e-learning and blended solutions.
  
• Confident facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage a room and deliver content effectively.
  
• Strong relationship-building skills and the credibility to partner with leaders and stakeholders across a complex business.
  
• The ability to work autonomously, move quickly and take ownership of both strategy and execution.
  
• Excellent organisation and the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities and stakeholders.
  
• Bring fresh thinking to how learning is designed and delivered.
  

The role
We’re looking for an experienced, hands-on L&D Consultant to design and deliver bespoke learning solutions for our Asset Management Services (AMS) business. This is a new, standalone role for someone who enjoys turning business needs and subject matter expertise into practical, engaging learning experiences. You’ll work closely with leaders and subject matter experts across AMS, taking ownership from initial discovery and strategy through to design, facilitation and execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with AMS leaders, stakeholders and subject matter experts to identify learning needs and priorities.
  
• Develop an L&D plan and translate it into programs that can be implemented quickly and effectively.
  
• Design and deliver learning across face-to-face, virtual, e-learning and blended formats.
  
• Create bespoke programs for audiences including facilities managers, property managers and property accounting teams.
  
• Facilitate engaging workshops and learning sessions for teams across Australia.
  
• Manage multiple stakeholders, projects and streams of work with a high degree of autonomy.
  
• Connect learning initiatives across AMS and the broader business to create a clear, consistent experience.
  
• Evaluate progress, share outcomes with stakeholders and adapt programs as business needs evolve.
