Your Mission Your mission is to lead our committed Optical by National Pharmacies team at our Glenunga store — delivering consistently high customer service and outstanding advice, while modelling our purpose of Caring for People, Enabling Health and Inspiring Wellness through the values of Care, Communicate, Collaborate and Celebrate. This is a full-time role based at our Glenunga store.

• Lead the optical team to provide consistently high customer service and outstanding advice and solutions. 

• Provide support, training and development to the team in pursuit of continuous improvement. 

• Ensure stores are beautifully presented and well-stocked so customers feel welcome and enjoy their experience. 

• Model outstanding service through our values of Care, Communicate, Collaborate and Celebrate.
