About the Role

This is an HR Advisor role within our Outsourced HR Services team, focused on delivering high- quality, commercially sound HR advice across a portfolio of clients.

Working closely with the HR Business Partner, you will manage end-to-end HR matters, provide proactive guidance, and support clients in navigating employee lifecycle and workplace challenges.

The role offers flexible working arrangements, including in-office, hybrid or remote options.

What You Bring

• 3+ years’ experience in an HR Advisor role or similar
• Strong knowledge of the Fair Work Act, NES and modern awards
• Experience managing employee relations and performance matters
• Ability to provide clear, commercially focused HR advice
• Strong stakeholder management and client service skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including HR documentation drafting
• Degree in HR, Business, Commerce or related discipline
• Experience in multi-client or consulting environments (highly regarded)
