Boilermaker Welder

About the Role

We are currently seeking experienced Boilermaker Welder for a shutdown/project role commencing ASAP, located at Mt Morgan. This is an excellent opportunity to secure 2-3 months of ongoing work with competitive rates and a consistent 6:1 roster.

Rockhampton locals are preferred; however DIDO applicants will also be considered.

Essential Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• Relevant Trade Certificate (Boilermaker/Welder or equivalent)

• Current Working at Heights ticket (within 2 years)

• Current Confined Space Entry ticket (within 2 years)

• Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment medical

• Ability to pass a weld test

• Strong commitment to workplace health and safety

• Previous pipe welding experience in industrial, mining, oil & gas, or construction environments

Pay Rates

• Base Hourly Rate: $56.73/hr

• Casual Loading: $14.18/hr

• Normal Time Rate (Base + Loading): $70.92/hr

• Time & Half: $85.10/hr

• Double Time: $113.46/hr
