Centre Manager and a motivated
Assistant Centre Manager to join our leadership team.

About the Roles
Centre Manager You will lead the launch and ongoing success of Aspire Windermere, building a strong team culture and driving operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead centre setup, compliance, and daily operations
- Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing team
- Drive occupancy growth and community engagement
- Build strong relationships with families and the local community
- Ensure compliance with Regulations and NQS
- Lead continuous improvement and quality outcomes
Assistant Centre Manager Working closely with the Centre Manager, you will support daily operations and help shape a positive, collaborative team culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily operations and leadership functions
- Mentor and support educators in program delivery
- Build strong family and community relationships
- Assist with compliance, enrolments, and rostering
- Support occupancy growth and centre improvement initiatives
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture
A
bout You - ACECQA-approved Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Experience in Centre Manager, Assistant Centre Manager, or senior leadership role
- Strong understanding of EYLF, NQS, and Regulations
- Confident leadership, mentoring, and communication skills
- Strong organisational and operational capability
- Current First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications
- Valid Working with Children Check and Police Check
- Experience with XAP or similar software highly regarded
