What We're Looking For

- Previous experience in retail sales and customer service.
- A friendly, professional and approachable personality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A genuine passion for memorabilia, sport, music, collectibles or gifting products.
- Strong sales ability with confidence in recommending products and building customer relationships.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Well presented with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Reliable, punctual and committed to delivering outstanding customer service.
- Comfortable using point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer skills.
- Flexible to work weekdays, weekends and public holidays as required

Your Responsibilities

- Welcome every customer and create an exceptional shopping experience.
- Assist customers with product knowledge and recommendations.
- Achieve individual and team sales goals.
- Process sales accurately through the POS system.
- Maintain attractive merchandise displays and replenish stock.
- Keep the store clean, organised and presentation-ready.
- Assist with stock deliveries, inventory and merchandising.
- Represent the Hall of Fame brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
