Toothbuds Paediatric Dentistry is growing, and we’re looking for a warm, organised and people‑focused Front Office Coordinator to join our Morley team. If Morley isn't for you, we also have vacancies in our Midland and Canning Vale clinics. This role is perfect for someone who loves creating smooth, positive experiences for families and thrives in a friendly, values‑driven environment.

About the Role

As our Front Office Coordinator, you’ll be the welcoming face of Toothbuds and the person who keeps our day running smoothly. You’ll support parents, comfort little patients, and help our clinical team deliver exceptional care.

What You’ll Do

• Greet families with warmth and professionalism

• Manage bookings, recalls, and daily scheduling

• Coordinate patient flow to support an efficient clinic

• Handle phone and email enquiries with clarity and care

• Process payments and health fund claims

• Maintain a tidy, child‑friendly reception environment

• Support the team with general administrative tasks
