About the role
About the role:
We're seeking an experienced and hands-on Engineering Maintenance Supervisor to lead the delivery of critical infrastructure programs across the City, including piped drainage, open drainage (north area), street sweeping, and weed spraying.
In this pivotal role, you'll take ownership of maintenance program delivery from planning through to completion - supervising staff and contractors to ensure works are completed on time, to the required standard, and within budget. You'll be a trusted point of contact across the organisation, balancing operational leadership with a genuine commitment to safety, compliance, and service excellence.
This is an ideal opportunity for a proactive leader with strong technical knowledge and people skills to make a visible, lasting impact on the City's infrastructure and the community it serves.

The salary for this position will be from $87,442.94 - $103,792.55 per annum, depending on the skills and experience of the successful applicant.
