Food & Beverage Attendant

Set amongst spectacular gardens and natural bushland, Osborn House is a Michelin Key property and one of the Southern Highlands' most celebrated luxury destinations.

We are seeking passionate Food & Beverage Attendants to join our team across our dining experiences, including our signature restaurant, Fire Kitchen.

Whether welcoming guests for breakfast, serving cocktails by the fire or delivering an exceptional dinner experience, you'll play an important role in creating the warm, considered and personal service Osborn House is known for.

What you'll be doing

• Providing warm, attentive and professional food and beverage service
• Welcoming guests and creating memorable dining experiences
• Taking orders and confidently discussing menus, beverages and dietary requirements
• Serving food, wine, cocktails and other beverages
• Preparing and maintaining restaurant, bar and event spaces
• Supporting functions, events and special dining experiences
• Working closely with our kitchen and wider hotel team to deliver seamless guest experiences
• Maintaining the presentation and service standards expected of a luxury property

What we're looking for

• Previous food and beverage or hospitality experience is preferred
• A genuine passion for hospitality and looking after people
• Warm, confident and engaging communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and presentation
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• A positive attitude and willingness to be part of a close-knit team
• Availability across a flexible roster including mornings, evenings and weekends
• Current NSW RSA, or willingness to obtain one
