Invoicing Clerk

Are you a meticulous individual with a passion for numbers and a knack for detail?  If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you as an Invoicing Clerk. 

General Crane Services (WA) Pty Ltd is a privately owned business with a head depot in Cockburn Central.

Your primary responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

• Produce accurate and refined invoices

• Ability to process a high volume of daily invoices

• Accurately reconciling subcontractor charges for recharge

• Communicating with clients for purchase orders

• Maintain a disciplined tracking system for job statuses

• Receipting all fees and charges

• Communication with operational team for queries and gaps

Ideally candidates should have:

• Minimum 2 years experience as an invoicing clerk

• Proven operational / project exposure (understanding hire dockets and associated complexities)

• Proven history in output of high volume 

• Prior experience in crane / heavy industry would be an advantage
