• Solid Waste Truck Operators

• Liquid Waste Truck Operators

About the Roles:

• Waste Truck Operators: Operate waste collection vehicles, transporting waste materials and recyclables between depots and service locations, ensuring safe and efficient waste disposal and recycling operations throughout various locations in Darwin.

• Liquid Truck Operators: Drive specialised liquid waste trucks for the safe collection and transportation of liquid waste products. Candidates with experience in liquid transport operations will be highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional service to clients and contribute to the smooth operation of waste collection and recycling processes.

• Perform assigned duties safely and efficiently while adhering to company policies and procedures.

• Ensure vehicles are maintained and in good working condition.

• Work collaboratively with the team and adhere to health and safety regulations.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Valid and current license for truck operator roles (HR, HC or MC).

• Knowledge of Darwin suburbs and surrounding areas.

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.

• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.

• A commitment to workplace safety and environmental sustainability.

• Experience in the waste management or recycling industry is advantageous, but not essential.
