The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee civil construction projects across Perth Metro and FIFO/DIDO locations. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will lead site teams, coordinate daily operations, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate civil and earthworks projects

• Manage labour, plant, materials, and equipment

• Monitor project schedules, safety, quality, and compliance

• Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams

• Resolve on-site issues and maintain project progress

About You

• Previous experience supervising civil construction or earthworks projects

• Experience working on MRWA, PTA, Western Power, or Local Government projects

• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and SharePoint

• Current Australian Driver's Licence

• Statutory Supervisor Certificate (S26) desirable

• First Aid/CPR and plant tickets advantageous

• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and National Police Clearance
