Your Role:

• Ability to provide exceptional Customer Experiences

• Welcome, engage and provide professional recommendations on hair care

• Work with and support the team to ensure the best presented store

• Meet (and exceed!) your daily and weekly KPIs and sales targets

• Become a master in Hairhouse merchandising including campaign set ups

• Support the salon team by welcoming their clients into the store

• Invite store customers to experience the salon experience

• Embrace and champion Hairhouse training and processes
