Beaches Strata is a growing boutique strata management agency servicing the Northern Beaches, North Shore and wider Sydney area.
We are looking for an experienced Strata Manager to join our friendly and supportive team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building strong client relationships and would be particularly well suited to a strata professional with experience in new building onboarding and business development.
About the RoleRather than inheriting an established, overloaded portfolio, you will manage a tailored portfolio of new clients as they join Beaches Strata.
You will be given plenty of time to properly onboard each building, understand its individual requirements and build lasting relationships with its strata committee and owners.
The role will include:
Managing a tailored portfolio of strata schemesLeading the onboarding of new buildings and clientsBuilding trusted, long-term relationships with strata committeesAttending and chairing meetingsProviding practical and knowledgeable strata adviceIdentifying opportunities to improve client service and strengthen relationshipsSupporting new business enquiries and the transition of new clients to Beaches StrataWorking collaboratively with our experienced strata, compliance, finance and administration team

About You
We are looking for someone who:
Has solid experience managing strata schemes in NSWEnjoys developing strong relationships with committees and ownersCommunicates clearly, professionally and confidentlyIs organised, proactive and capable of managing competing prioritiesTakes pride in providing personalised and responsive serviceHas experience onboarding new buildings or supporting business development (preferred but not essential)Enjoys working collaboratively while retaining ownership of their portfolioHolds the appropriate NSW strata management qualifications and licence or certificate
This role could suit an experienced Strata Manager looking for a fresh start, someone seeking greater flexibility, or a senior industry professional who wants to work part-time while continuing to manage quality clients.
