Process Worker

We are currently recruiting for Process Workers to join our team at Chullora

What you'll be doing

This is hands on, physical work where you help deliver food our customers trust. Key tasks include:

• Loading/unloading meat on trolleys and racks
• Assisting machine operators with loading
• Labelling, packing, and palletising finished products
• Keeping work areas clean, organised, and safe

You’ll work in cold or chilled environments, handling meat and lifting/pushing 5 kg to 25 kg depending on the role. Safety and attention to detail are essential.

What we’re looking for

Experience isn’t required, the right attitude is. We’re looking for people who:

• Prioritise safety
• Are physically fit and capable of repetitive, active work
• Are reliable, punctual, and open to learning
• Can thrive in a fast-paced, process‑driven environment
• Have strong attention to detail and take pride in how things are done

Previous food processing or manufacturing experience is a plus but not essential. we’ll train you in everything you need to succeed.
