Bar Supervisor - The Emerald Hotel South Melbourne

The Emerald Hotel is looking for an experienced Bar Supervisor to join our team.

We are looking for someone who is confident leading our bar team, enjoys customer engagement and takes pride in delivering great customer service.

About The Emerald.

The Emerald Hotel is a well-established South Melbourne Pub with a strong local following offering quality food and drinks and a welcoming atmosphere. There is a focus on regular customer, sport and racing in the bar.

We offer a mix of pub dining, bistro dining, bar service, functions and events, and TAB facilities.

We are looking for people who take pride in their work and enjoy being part of a team. As we continue to grow, we are looking for experienced hospitality professionals who want to take ownership, lead by example and help us grow.

About You

We are looking for an experienced and confident hospitality professional who enjoys working in a front bar enjoinment and can lead a team by example.

You will be someone who:

• Has a minimum two years of previous experience as pub Bar Supervisor or Senior Bartender

• Is confident managing and leading a team during service.

• Is organized, reliable and well presented.

• Understands stock control, bar presentation and opening and closing procedures.

• TAB accreditation will be required if you don't already have it.

• Is available to work during the days, evenings and weekends.

• There is opportunity for progression.
