Permanent Full Time

Rotating roster between: 7am - 7pm (Monday - Friday), 7am - 12:30pm (Saturday)

About the Role

Every day, you'll help keep commercial buildings, workplaces and facilities operating safely and efficiently for clients across Australia. Sites such as Retail, Banking, education, fuel and convenience, health and fitness, corporate, hospitality, Government, and Petroleum sites.

Your coordination, communication and problem-solving skills will have a direct impact on the service we deliver and the relationships we build with our customers.

What You'll Be Doing

• Coordinating preventative and reactive maintenance works across Australia

• Allocating jobs to our network of trades and service partners

• Managing work orders from start to completion while meeting customer KPIs

• Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email

• Coordinating urgent and priority maintenance requests

• Building strong relationships with contractors, technicians and clients

• Maintaining accurate records within our operating systems

• Delivering outstanding customer service on every interaction

• Following safety procedures and escalation processes

About You

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Build positive relationships with people easily

• Have strong attention to detail

• A confident and professional phone manner

• Strong organisational and time management skills

• Experience using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel and Word)

• The ability to work towards service levels and KPIs

• Experience with contact centre platforms, SharePoint or knowledge management systems (desirable)

Experience in Facilities Maintenance, Service Coordination, Scheduling, Help Desk or Customer Service will be highly regarded, but we also welcome applicants with transferable skills and a positive attitude.
