About the Role:

We have an excellent opportunity for a vibrant Service Coordinator to join our team at Geebung. Reporting to the Team Leader - Field Service Admin, you will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating the servicing and repair work for our customers and contractors.

Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Responding to customer queries regarding service work

• Coordinating job schedules and bookings

• Organising site glazing via the V6 system 

• Following up on order details with stakeholders of the business 

• Maintaining accurate record-keeping 

• Continuously finding new ways to improve systems and efficiencies

What We're Looking For:

• Great verbal & written communication skills 

• Ability to multi-task and juggle tasks in a fast-paced environment 

• Be resilient and an out-of-the-box problem solver 

• High levels of initiative to work autonomously and in a team

• Good attention to the little details

• Sound Knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Word, Access, Outlook
