Principal Level 4

Primary Objective: The principal plays a vital role in delivering the strategic plan of the Department of Education and Training and is the leading educational professional at Alawa Primary, who inspires students, staff and community members to optimise the learning of all students. The principal has the responsibility to manage school operations as a leader of a medium sized workforce, with moderate organisational and human resource management demands. The level of appointment will be determined at the PLEC5 or PLO4 subject to negotiation with the successful applicant. An Executive contract of up to 4 years may be offered or the successful applicant may be appointed on an ongoing basis.
