About the Role

We’re on the lookout for an ambitious Project Engineer to join our dynamic delivery team. Based in our new Strathfield office, with regular site involvement across Sydney, this role offers a balance of autonomy, responsibility, and strong leadership support.

You’ll be instrumental in driving projects from planning to execution, with the chance to grow alongside some of the industry’s best.

Responsibilities

• Delivering civil infrastructure projects to the highest standards
• Coordinating site activities and acting as the escalation point for daily operations
• Managing cost control, progress tracking, and documentation
• Liaising with stakeholders, suppliers, and internal teams to keep everything moving
• Upholding a strong safety culture in line with WHS best practices
• Contributing to continuous improvement of project performance and processes

What We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you will have:

• A degree in Civil Engineering from a recognised Australian institution
• A minimum of 4 years’ experience on civil projects within Australia
• A team-first mentality, strong work ethic, and a drive to deliver excellence
• A genuine desire to learn, grow, and take initiative
• Confident communication and problem-solving skills
• A passion for infrastructure and a commitment to doing things the right way
