As demand for healthier water continues to grow, we're expanding our national sales team and looking for motivated sales professionals who enjoy building relationships, solving problems, and delivering genuine value to customers.

This isn't a high-pressure call centre role.

Our customers have already expressed interest in learning more about improving the quality of their home's water. Your role is to educate, understand their needs, recommend the right solution, and guide them through the purchasing process.

What You'll Be Doing

Working remotely from your home office, you'll:

• Speak with warm inbound enquiries and qualified outbound opportunities

• Build rapport and identify each customer's water quality concerns

• Recommend suitable water filtration solutions based on customer needs

• Prepare quotations and explain available payment options

• Follow up enquiries and convert opportunities into sales

• Manage your own sales pipeline from enquiry through to installation

• Maintain accurate CRM notes and customer records

• Consistently achieve sales targets and KPIs

• Deliver an outstanding customer experience on every interaction

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping customers while delivering strong sales results.

You'll ideally have:

• Previous experience in phone-based sales, inside sales or telesales

• A proven history of achieving or exceeding sales targets

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• Confidence handling objections and closing sales professionally

• Strong organisational and time management skills

• High attention to detail

• Experience using CRM systems

• The ability to work independently in a remote environment

• A positive attitude with a strong desire to continually improve
