As a proud I-CAR Gold Class certified collision repairer, a certified repairer for Subaru, and a preferred repairer for Toyota, we work to the highest vehicle manufacturer standards and back our craftsmanship with a full lifetime guarantee. We partner with the VACC and major insurance providers to deliver seamless, top-tier service. We are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Panel Beater to join our high-performing workshop team.
Key Responsibilities:
Repair damaged vehicle bodies, panels, and structural elements to OEM and factory standards.
Remove, replace, and carefully align compromised panels and components.
Straighten and true up vehicle frames using our advanced, specialized alignment machinery.
Handle welding, fabrication, and installation of replacement panels.
Complete paintless dent removal (PDR), hail damage repairs, and bumper fixes.
Prep repaired surfaces for our spray painting team via filling, sanding, and finishing.
Inspect finished repairs to ensure they meet our strict quality criteria and lifetime guarantee.
Maintain workshop tools, equipment, and a safe, clean work environment.
Collaborate smoothly with automotive spray painters to meet repair deadlines.
Skills & Requirements:
Certificate III in Automotive Body Repair Technology (or equivalent trade qualification).
Minimum of 2 years of full-time experience as a qualified Panel Beater.
Strong knowledge of modern vehicle body repair techniques, tools, and scanning equipment.
Ability to interpret manufacturer specifications and digital repair estimates.
High level of attention to detail and a commitment to precision workmanship.
Capability to work efficiently and handle workflows in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with the office and workshop teams.
Legal authorization to work full-time in Australia.
