Fat Boyz is expanding. We are bringing our signature laid back atmosphere, epic menu, and good times to a brand new location in Claremont. We are currently looking for a Head Chef to take the reins and lead our new kitchen crew.

We are all about slinging cool burgers, serving high quality food, and maintaining a completely chill vibe. If you want to run a great kitchen, lead the charge in creating the next best burger, and avoid the typical industry drama, this is your spot. You will be setting the standard from day one, building your team, and making sure every plate is top tier.

Salary: $90,000

Hours: 40 hours per week

Roster: Combination of lunch and dinner service

• Slinging cool burgers and experimenting with flavors to create the next best burger on the menu.

• Leading, training, and mentoring the fresh Claremont kitchen crew.

• Running a smooth and efficient line across both lunch and dinner services.

• Maintaining the Fat Boyz standard for food quality, flavor, and presentation.

• Managing stock, ordering, and general kitchen administration.

• Fostering a positive, focused, and relaxed environment in the back of house.

• Solid experience as a Head Chef or a strong Sous Chef who is ready to step up.

• A calm and collected mindset when the dockets start piling up.

• A genuine passion for serving up great food and crafting incredible burgers.

• Strong organizational skills and an eye for detail.

• A team player attitude that fits the Fat Boyz culture.
