A new opportunity with ConnectGV
ConnectGV is growing its Individual Support team, and we’re excited to introduce new Casual Disability Support Worker opportunities.
This is a new role focused on providing personalised, one-on-one support in participants’ own homes, with community access and participation also forming part of the role where required.
It’s an opportunity to be part of a growing service, build genuine relationships with participants and support people to live the life they choose, in the place they call home.
