About the Role

We’re looking for a hands-on, people-focused Branch Manager to lead our small, close-knit team in O’Connor, WA. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for the automotive industry to step into a leadership role and make their mark.

This role is a perfect blend of team management, automotive parts interpreting, and customer engagement. You’ll be the go-to for product knowledge, supporting both your team and our customers while overseeing branch operations and building a strong local presence. Backed by our Regional Manager for WA and national support network, you’ll get the tools and encouragement you need to succeed and grow.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Leading a small team across warehouse, deliveries, and customer sales

• Interpreting and recommending automotive parts, using your product knowledge to support customers and internal team members

• Managing daily operations including freight, stock, banking, customer credits, and petty cash

• Driving local sales performance and hitting targets

• Maintaining a high standard of customer service for our Perth South customers

• Creating a supportive, high-performing branch culture through coaching and collaboration

• Reporting regularly to the Regional Manager

• Ensuring a clean, safe, and well-organised work environment in line with WHS standards

What You’ll Bring:

• Solid experience in the automotive industry, especially in parts interpreting or sales

• Previous experience leading or mentoring a team

• Great communication and customer service skills- you build trust quickly

• Confidence in juggling priorities and staying cool under pressure

• A strong customer-first mindset and natural problem-solving ability

• Intermediate computer skills for processing orders and reporting

• A current Australian driver’s license

 The position requires you to be available Monday-Friday.
