Business Development Manager - Recruitment

CrewSELECT is growing, and we're looking for a Business Development Manager to join our Perth sales team in Balcatta.

We’re a recruitment and labour hire business servicing Australia’s Mining, Manufacturing, Rail, Oil & Gas, Maintenance and Construction industries.

This is an opportunity for someone who wants to learn, grow, build a strong personal brand and make their mark in the WA market.

�� What You'll Be Doing

This isn't a sit-behind-the-desk sales role. You'll be out there building relationships, finding opportunities and winning business.

Your day will include:

• Hunting for new business opportunities across the WA market.
• Building strong, long-term relationships with clients through regular face-to-face meetings.
• Getting to know your clients' businesses, challenges and workforce requirements.
• Developing tailored labour and recruitment solutions that genuinely add value.
• Prospecting, networking and generating your own pipeline of opportunities.
• Identifying upcoming projects and workforce requirements before they hit the market.
• Working closely with our experienced recruitment and delivery team to deliver exceptional outcomes.
• Developing your knowledge of the recruitment and labour hire industry and becoming a trusted adviser to your clients.
• Taking ownership of your results and celebrating the wins along the way!

Recruitment experience is advantageous, but it's not essential.
