We are looking for experienced and highly motivated Sales Assistant to join our Auckland team.

The role:

• As a Sales Assistant, you will be a Weekend MaxMara Brand Ambassador

• Full availability is required as it will work on a rotational roster

• Roster can be split between different locations across Sydney

• Exceptional sales techniques to drive sales

• Sound fashion retail experience

• Must have a "can do" attitude and confidence in working in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to work effectively in a team as well as autonomously

• Motivated and exceptionally organised

• Computer competency skills

• Over 12 months/long-term full-time work rights

• Fluent English

• Speaking Mandarin would be an advantage, though is not a requirement.

Key Requirements :

• Minimum 2 years' experience in the luxury fashion industry. Ideally have experience in sales or cashiering experience

• Experience working towards sales targets and KPI's

• Able to work in a fast-paced, high pressure environment

• High energy level, have a positive approach to job and group responsibilities

• Ability to work flexible hours / shifts - including weekends.

• Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
