We're seeking a friendly and outgoing Treatment Coordinator to join our fun, friendly and supportive team at The Orthodontist! No experience, but you have a dental background or just love communicating with people, you might be the one!
Working within a modern, dedicated and very established facility, the right candidate can negotiate a permanent, casual, part time or full time role.

Here's a snapshot of what you'll be doing
 

• Welcoming patients and families in a professional and personable manner

• Assisting the orthodontist with new and existing patient consultations 

• Provide exceptional patient care and team support

• Invoicing patients and receipt of payments

• Managing electronic patient records 

• Coordinate and support the daily duties of the providers and work closely with our team

• Discussing treatment and payment plans with patients and families

• Play a pro-active role in each day's appointment schedule and patient activities to ensure things run as seamless as possible

• General office duties

• A reliable and committed team player

• A passion for the dental industry and patient care

• Previous experience in Orthodontics or as a Dental Assistant preferred but not essential

• A vibrant personality, lots of empathy and a patient-focused approach

• Excellent customer service skills with attention to detail

• A positive attitude and the ability to be flexible & adaptable

• An ability to handle pressure and multi-task.
