At Bouygues Construction Australia, we specialise in the design, construction, financing, and delivery of innovative projects in the fields of civil infrastructure, building, and energy & services.
As a member of the Bouygues Construction Group — a global network of over 50,000 employees across more than 80 countries — we have been operating in Australia for over 25 years. During this time, we have successfully delivered several major projects, including the Sydney Airport Link (T2 Airport Line), NorthConnex, and WestConnex 3A.
Reporting directly to the CEO, the VIE PMO will play a key role in monitoring and coordinating the company’s construction projects. He/she will be responsible for operational project tracking, monitoring performance indicators (KPIs), and implementing project management tools.
Key responsabilities:
Your profile:
• Master’s degree in engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in this field.
• Dual degree engineering and business
• Motivated to commit to a two-year assignment in Australia
• Solid understanding of project scheduling and project management methodologies
• Proficient in management and reporting tools, especially Power BI
• Autonomous, detail-oriented and well-organized
• Excellent interpersonal skills and team player
• Fluent in English is mandatory
• Analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize information
• Proactive with a strong sense of initiative
• Adaptable to a fast-paced and evolving environ
