We are seeking a polished and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors for our Caulfield and CBD locations.

This is a pivotal front-of-house role where your presence, judgement and attention to detail will shape every client interaction. You will create a calm, organised and highly professional environment, ensuring a seamless experience for everyone who walks through our doors.

The role

As part of our Shared Services team, you will manage the front-of-house experience and support the smooth day-to-day operations of reception.
You will:

• Deliver a professional and welcoming front-of-house experience for clients and visitors
• Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure rooms are prepared to a high standard
• Provide hospitality support for meetings, including refreshments and room set-up
• Maintain the presentation of reception, meeting rooms and shared spaces
• Act as a central coordination point for internal teams and stakeholders
• Manage digital and physical mail, including post office collections (2–3 times per week)

What you bring

• Experience in a reception, front-of-house or client-facing role (ideally within a corporate or professional services environment)
• A polished, confident and professional communication style
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
• High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining professional standards
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and calendar management
• A proactive approach, with the ability to anticipate needs
