At Canaccord Genuity, we're passionate about helping our clients achieve their financial goals. We're looking for an experienced Associate, Wealth Management to join our Sydney team and partner closely with high-performing Advisers to deliver exceptional client service and operational excellence.
This is an exciting opportunity for a financial services professional who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
As a trusted support partner to our Advisers, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless client experience by:Supporting a portfolio of Wealth Management clients and their AdvisersActing as a key point of contact for client enquiries and account administrationManaging client onboarding and account maintenance activitiesCoordinating investment administration, settlements and operational processesPreparing client documentation and investment-related paperworkWorking closely with product providers, platforms and internal teamsAssisting with client meetings, business development and marketing initiativesIdentifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance client outcomes
You'll bring:Previous experience in private wealth management, stockbroking, financial planning or a related financial services environmentStrong knowledge of financial markets and investment productsExcellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing prioritiesOutstanding communication and stakeholder management skillsA strong focus on accuracy, compliance and client serviceAdvanced Microsoft Office skillsRG146 accreditation (preferred)Relevant tertiary qualifications in Finance, Business, Commerce or a related field (highly regarded)
