We're seeking a Customer Care Consultant to join our national team. As a key point of contact for customers, therapists, and internal stakeholders, you'll play an important role in delivering responsive, professional service and positive outcomes.

The OpportunityAs a Customer Care Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for customer enquiries, providing support throughout the customer journey.
This is a full-time permanent position based at our Seven Hills office.
This role combines inbound customer service with proactive outbound engagement, assisting with enquiries, orders, appointments, requests, and follow-up activities while working closely with teams across the business.
Key ResponsibilitiesRespond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and online channels
Manage enquiries through to resolution, escalating issues where required
Support customers, therapists, and internal teams with orders, appointments, requests, and general enquiries
Proactively follow up on quotations and maintain regular customer contact
Monitor customer orders and provide timely updates, including delivery timeframes and ETAs
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer requests are actioned efficiently
Maintain accurate customer records and documentation within company systems
Deliver professional, timely, and solution-focused service
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous experience in customer service, administration, or contact centre environments
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
A proactive and positive approach to customer service
Experience using CRM and/or ERP systems (NetSuite experience highly regarded)
