Dental Receptionist - Full Time or Part Time

Dental Esthetique is a busy, accredited dental practice located in the heart of Subiaco, providing a broad range of dental care including implants, cosmetic dentistry, sedation, orthodontics and family dentistry from our modern, newly fitted practice.

We are currently seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Dental Receptionist to join our team, ideally on a full-time basis across 4–5 days per week. We are also open to considering the right part-time applicant.

Previous dental experience is not essential; however, experience within the dental, medical or allied health industries would be highly advantageous. Previous dental assisting experience would also be considered a strong advantage.

The role will involve managing all aspects of reception and front-of-house operations, while also supporting the clinical team when required.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing practitioner diaries, appointments, recalls, treatment bookings and dental emergencies

• Forward planning and coordinating patient care to ensure smooth daily practice flow

• Providing professional, proactive and friendly communication with patients and team members

• Assisting patients with general health fund, HICAPS and GAP enquiries

• Processing and reconciling payments, invoices, treatment plans and quotations

• Completing daily opening and closing procedures

• Supporting the practice in maintaining accreditation standards, internal systems and KPIs

• Maintaining a high standard of patient engagement, communication and feedback

• Liaising with dental laboratories, health funds, government agencies and suppliers when required

• Supporting other members of the team and clinical staff as needed
