Ceiling Fixer FIFO, ongoing housing project, 2:1 Roster

NeoWest Building Company are a dynamic organisation, servicing a major Pilbara iron ore producer across the Pilbara. We have a new positions available now and next year for experienced residential Ceiling Fixers & Painters .

FIFO* from Perth Only, no eastern states or overseas applications will be considered.

Starting rates (note that meals breaks are paid):

• Trades- $55.00/hour plus super. Rate increases for solid performers.

We seek experienced Ceiling Fixer for ongoing (has been continuous for over 5 years) housing refurbishment project in the Pilbara (Paraburdoo and Tom price). The successful candidates will ideally have:

-FIFO from Perth (Eastern states not considered)

-Must have: Residential refurbishment experience.

-Minimum 3+ years of residential refurbishment experience is required.

- Ability to wear PPE including being clean shaven for P2 respirator mask when required.

- Ability to achieve the highest quality of finishes in a very efficient manner.

- Clean Driver's license (manual preferred).

- Provide own hand tools (grinders must have paddle switch and soft start)

- Ability to pass medical / D&A screens and complete 1day RTIO induction (All) and

-Pride in their work, their workplace and maintain good housekeeping.

- Ability to complete asbestos removal training is desirable but not compulsory for this role.

-Valid Australian work rights are required for all applicants.
