Due to continued growth, we are seeking experienced Security Officers to join our expanding operations across Melbourne CBD and the South Eastern Suburbs.

We have multiple full-time and casual opportunities available working on a 24/7 rotating roster, providing excellent opportunities to build a long-term career within a growing organisation.

About the Role

As a Security Officer, you will play an important role in protecting our clients' people, property and assets while delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities include:

• Access control and visitor management
• Concierge and customer service duties
• Foot patrols and site inspections
• CCTV and alarm monitoring
• Incident response and emergency management
• Report writing and electronic record keeping
• Liaising with clients, contractors and emergency services
• Maintaining a professional and visible security presence

About You

To be successful, you will have:

• Current Victorian Security Licence
• Current First Aid Certificate 
• Woring With Childrens Check (WWCC) Employee
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong customer service focus
• Professional presentation and reliable work ethic
• Good computer literacy
• Ability to work day, afternoon, night and weekend shifts as part of a rotating roster
• If Visa Holder, you need valid working rights

Highly Desirable

• Victorian Security Licence with Control Room Operator accreditation
• Previous experience in corporate, government or critical infrastructure security
• Experience operating CCTV, access control and security management systems
