Regional Operations Manager

Proactively manage and coordinate Incident Control Centres and facilities and coordinate teams within the region ensuring they align with CFS Incident Control Centre requirements, standards and relevant legislation.

Undertake major projects/programs of work that focuses on the delivery of regional operations including the development of business cases with full cost implications for the Region and the agency.

Proven ability to establish and maintain a cooperative style of working through the negotiation, influence in delivering strategic outcomes of the SA CFS

Proven ability to lead and manage incident or emergency management teams.

Level 2 Incident Controller, or appropriate skills, knowledge and experience.

Proven high level experience in directing and managing complex and sensitive projects including leading and advising on complex and critical change management and implementation strategies, business cases, polices, procedures and risk management mechanisms.
