Registered Nurse – In‑Home Infusions

📍 Rural QLD – Pikedale | Tara | Inglewood

We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses to deliver in-home infusions with various frequencies for patients located across Pikedale, Tara, and Inglewood.

This is an ideal opportunity for rural or regional RNs who enjoy autonomous, relationship‑based care, are confident working independently and are locally based (within ~50 km) of one of the patient locations. These positions are offered on a casual, ad hoc basis, with work allocated according to patient demand, program requirements, and availability within your local area. While many programs are ongoing and long-term in nature, hours may fluctuate and cannot be guaranteed. This opportunity is best suited to nurses who value flexibility and are looking to supplement their existing employment or commitments.

About the role

• In‑home setting with established patients

• Multiple rural locations and multiple programs available

• All equipment, consumables, and support provided

• Flexible role easy to work around other professional or private commitments

Essential requirements

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse

• IV infusion experience (community or hospital)

• Ability to work autonomously in a home‑based setting

• High standard of clinical assessment and documentation

• Excellent communication and patient‑centred approach

• Ideally located within 50 km of one of the patient locations

• Current Police Check, relevant checks, and immunisation compliance

Desirable

• Rural, remote, or community nursing experience

• Port access competency (if required)
